
Do you know days like these too? Days that are just not so great? Nothing terrible, but somehow nothing fits together, everything feels like a struggle. Maybe you already slept badly, then hit the snooze button one too many times in the morning, started scrolling on your phone too early, stress at breakfast and on the way to work, and so on and so forth.
Yes, everyone has days like these. Today that's me. Today I kept none of my goals — with the exception of not smoking — it went really, truly badly.
That's okay and it's not a problem. I have already won with this project here — I know that I won't smoke anymore, that's behind me. Even if I don't lose another gram over the next 11 months, this project has already been worth it, and we're only just at the very beginning.
Days like these exist. Never lose heart.
