
This morning I missed my usual breakfast at home — I was running late and felt like there wasn't enough time. So I had a liquid meal on the go instead. The difference in satiety is noticeable: with my normal breakfast and maybe a piece of fruit during the morning, I stay nicely full until lunch. With the liquid meal, I was already hungry again by 10:00.
I'm managing the meals at the office canteen well. I always make sure to load up on large portions of vegetables, which keep me very full and don't sit as heavily in my stomach. That way you're not as drained in the afternoon from the food or the digestion.
I'm going to stick with the current strategy for the next 10 days and see how I feel and how my weight develops. Let's set a goal: by 16.05.26, so in 10 days, I'll be under 95 kg. We'll see where we stand then.
