
Already the second day with a very positive development in terms of nutrition. I notice that I can actually bring about change when I focus enough on this particular point. Today was far from perfect — I had a problem in the evening as usual — but already much better than last week.
You often hear from people who are losing weight and eating better that they now eat a lot more than before. Low-calorie food with a lot of volume that fills you up well. I can only confirm this. I'm now trying to eat three main meals and two snacks plus extras like nuts or dried fruit. What's important for me is to never let my blood sugar drop — I always react very badly to that, become irritable and quickly lose control over my eating.
As you can see, the score is developing positively, and my weight will soon correct itself downward again. The 99.5 from yesterday scared me a little, but that was mostly water retention.
