
Nutrition is now my top priority — I've updated the focus marker here on the site as of today, Monday 04.05.26. I set myself the goal of sticking to my nutrition plan today — and I managed to do it.
Everything begins with the first step, the first day. It was no different with quitting smoking, and now I've already been smoke-free for over two weeks. I know the nutrition question won't be as "easy" to solve as quitting smoking. It would be easier if I enjoyed cooking, for example, but I simply find it boring and not very exciting. Well, maybe that will come in time. Anything is possible.
I'm trying different things, getting valuable tips from my friends who are diligently following along here, and doing my best to educate myself on matters of nutrition.
