
I like the new scoring system for nutrition better — it feels more organic. Data is captured mostly automatically (weight, steps, etc.), and the things I do manually don't take up much time. That's an important criterion for keeping the blog updated daily over the course of a year. If it's too complicated, you lose motivation after a while.
Over the weekend I also took some practical steps and, as of this evening, did a complete reset of all the food in the house. I also cleared everything out and gave it a good clean.
For tomorrow I've made a firm commitment to stick to my planned meals. I'm still working from home tomorrow and am going to try to prepare a simple, light, healthy, and filling meal for lunch. I'm confident it'll work out just fine.
