
I've started implementing some changes here on the platform. First, I set up a feature that lets me create an automated summary every month. You'll find this summary at the bottom of the home page each time.
I've also been giving a lot of thought to the topic of nutrition. What I'm going to do now is set up a kind of nutrition score. With this, I want to find out how good or bad I feel about my daily eating habits. To that end, I've created a rating system that lets me give a subjective assessment for each meal I eat throughout the day.
This rating is, as I said, very subjective. It has to feel right or wrong to me personally. A bar of chocolate, for example, isn't simply bad or evil. It depends on how often you eat it, how much, and on what occasion or at what time. You have to look at it holistically — only then does it make sense.
I'm going to try working with this system for a few days or weeks and see how my eating habits develop. I want to take a holistic look at my nutrition and then define further steps from there.
