
I think a lot about how I can solve the "problem" with nutrition. I work in IT and try to approach every problem logically — to analyze it and define measures to tackle the challenge at hand. Right now I'm thinking through the next steps and preparing for them.
Starting next week, I'll be increasing my on-site days at work to 4 days per week. There's a good cafeteria there with healthy food, so lunch is sorted on 4 out of 7 days. I've already had breakfast under control for a while now — there are healthy muesli mixes in various combinations that keep me nicely full until lunchtime.
I'm still thinking about further adjustments and will write them down here later. Quitting smoking and exercise are still going great.
