When working from home, it's always relatively hard to get enough steps in. I don't have a treadmill for my standing desk, and I don't really think it's necessary anyway — I wouldn't have the space for one regardless. It's better to consciously go outside and get some steps in the fresh air. At the moment, on my work-from-home days I head out for 20–30 minutes during lunch. I'm considering doing this again in the evening as well. Combined with my workout, I'd then easily reach 15k steps.
Today I made a point of paying better attention to my nutrition again, after not really focusing on it over the weekend due to nicotine withdrawal. As far as eating goes, today was perfect and I'm happy with it.
It's nice to see that I've been sleeping noticeably better since I started trying to limit myself to a maximum of two cans of Cola Zero per day. The caffeine was making me noticeably restless, and I used to have a really hard time falling asleep. This is another habit I've built up over the years — it's going to take time and patience to break it again.
