
Yes, the first day with full goal achievement. This certainly can't and won't become the norm, but it still feels great to pull it off for once.
Today was the first time since the project began that I was out and about — meaning not at home or in the office. That always makes nutrition harder when I don't have access to my home kitchen or the office cafeteria. Still, I managed it well: I had a more substantial breakfast, then just something light on the train on the way back at midday, and in the evening after training I ate healthily but with plenty of protein. All good.
I've now spread the word about the project further among family and friends. On one hand that's motivating, but of course it also increases the pressure. That was the idea behind it from the start, and it will help me stay on the ball.
Almost a full week already. The weekend will certainly be another challenge with all that free time. I'm curious to see how it goes.
