Today I tried to keep myself busy throughout the day with small snacks that aren't too high in calories. I ate nuts and dried fruits. This helped distract me from quitting smoking and kept me nicely satisfied throughout the whole day.
I therefore had no cravings when I got home — and yet I still ate something fatty. This seems to me to be more a problem of habit, combined with cravings that come from poor distribution of food throughout the day.
Either way, I'm happy with the quitting smoking results so far, and I also managed to increase my step count slightly. Tomorrow we'll do even better.
